The first intake of under-graduate and post-graduate students was in
1993.
In 1993-1994 academic year 69 master students and 25 post-graduate students
studied in the University. 22 students of the 4th or the 5th year were
admitted from other higher educational institutions to study for the specialities
Biology or Biophysics.
In 1994-1995 academic year 136 master students, 47 post-graduate students
and 17 under-graduate students studied in the PushSU.
In 1995 PushSU had its first graduates: 14 specialists and 47 masters
received their diplomas of the state standard.
In 1995-1996 academic year there were 208 students in the University.
In 1996 49 masters and 3 specialists received diplomas.
By the year 2001 over 300 masters graduated from the PushSU. Over 60
per cent of the masters continue their study as post-graduate students
in the PushSU, Moscow State University, other higher educational institutions,
Institutes of the RAS. Over 100 post-graduate students of 15 specialities
graduated successfully from the PushSU.
